Standardized tests likely coming to CU

Regents of the University of Colorado will vote today on whether to institute a "value-added" standardized test of undergraduate students.  The test would measure the proficiency of CU students in critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. If approved, testing will begin n the 2009-2010 school year.
