Dr. Preston Green is an associate professor of in the Department of Education Policy Studies at Pennsylvania State University. Professor Green's research has focused on the legal issues surrounding charter schools and the impact of the law on minority and disadvantaged students' ability to obtain a quality education. Dr. Green holds an Ed.D. in Educational Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University and a J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.
