Wendy Chi is a doctoral student of the Educational Foundations, Policy and Practice program at the University of Colorado at Boulder and a research assistant for the Think Tank Review Project coordinated by the Education Policy Research Unit at Arizona State University and the Education and the Public Interest Center at the University of Colorado. Her research interests include educational policy and law, with a focus on charter schools. She has a B.A. (1998) in economics from the University of Chicago, and received her J.D. (2003) from the University of Michigan.
